Mail-in service
For everyone outside Hamburg: repairs without visiting a store. Once your device arrives at the workshop, we repair it within 24 hours and send it back insured with DHL.
- 1Download the accompanying form, print it and fill it in.
- 2Pack your device and the form together and send them to us.
- 3Deal: return shipping is currently free.
- 4Repair within 24 h, insured return shipping with DHL on the next working day.
