  • Battery: Your MacBook barely lasts, suddenly switches off or shows "Service recommended". If a swollen battery is pushing up the trackpad or case, stop charging the MacBook and come in soon.
  • Keyboard: Keys stick, stop responding or fail after a liquid spill. We repair your MacBook keyboard and tell you the binding fixed price after a free inspection in the store.
  • MacBook won't turn on: Common causes are a deeply discharged or faulty battery, a problem with the charging port or power adapter, or liquid damage. Bring your MacBook with its power adapter.
  • Water damage: Switch it off right away, unplug the power adapter, do not switch it back on and do not use a hair dryer. The water damage diagnosis costs €99. More about water damage
